Here's the Albert Dock, with the Liver Buildings behind, and the River Mersey behind that!
The hotel we're staying in was originally one of the old red brick dockside warehouses, so we really couldn't be much closer to the water!
I was born on the Wirral, which is on the other side of the Mersey, and though I only lived there until I was seven, I'm a Scouser at heart, and coming back here always feels like coming home.
I'm here in the hotel room with Rosie, who's having a little snooze, and Pete, Charlie and Nanny are having a wander around the dock.
