London

We had a fabulous time in London last weekend - it felt like a real holiday. We did all the touristy stuff, and passed a happy few hours in St James's Park, feeding the squirrels. (Pete and I went there years ago, and the squirrels were so tame but we had nothing to feed them with, so I remembered to take a bag of peanuts from our bird feeder this time!)
Charlie loved every minute - I've posted a slideshow of a few pics below this post, and here's a little bit of video of Chas feeding his furry friend! I only had my mobile phone, so it's a bit fuzzy (the video, not the squirrel...)

I feel like I've been really slack updating the blog this past few days - I've got a massive 'to-do' list, and nothing seems to be getting done.
We're going out to buy Charlie's new school shoes tomorrow, and we're also going to visit a new indoor crazy golf place at a posh new shopping centre. My sister-in-law sent me the link, and it looks fab!
Charlie's never really played crazy golf before, so I think he'll enjoy it. Golf is also a good sport for kids like Charlie to play because his heart condition shouldn't limit him at all. Pete's always fancied learning, so maybe that'll be something for them to do together once Chas is a bit bigger.
I'll be back soon with a proper post, but I'm tired now so I'm going to bed. Enjoy the video and pictures!

I've never seen people feed squirrels, incredible! Love all the pictures of London, no doubt the closest I will get to it for many years, ah, but a girl can dream.

I love the "English" accent. I try to envision it when I read your posts. :0) You are such a cute family.
