A&E again...

I just got called up to the school because Charlie fell over at lunchtime and landed hard on his left hand.
It was swollen but not too painful, but I rang the cardiac liaison nurse at the hospital to double check, and she said I should take him to Casualty for an X-ray just in case.
I'm 99.9% certain that it's just a normal everyday bump, but we have to be sure because his warfarin can cause excessive bleeding - and we have to be particularly careful where joints are concerned.
So here we are again. The waiting room is packed, so we're likely to be here for hours.
And I'm sure his wrist is just bruised, not broken.
Sigh.
