We just went to check on the kids before going to bed ourselves.
Charlie was fast asleep, snuggled under his duvet, clutching his collection of tatty, but much-loved cuddly toys.
Rosie was also asleep in her room - out of all of her blankets, upside down, on her tummy with her bottom in the air.
As I stepped up to the cot, she popped straight up into a crawling position, ready to play.
I shhhh-ed her, gently turned her the right way up and tucked her in.
She looked up at us, gave an enormous, nose-scrunching, gum-flashing cheesy grin, rolled over, grabbed her Tigger blankie and went straight back to sleep.

Our cup runneth over. :-)
