Swimming!

Ok - so here's yet another proud parent moment - yes, I know the blog is rather overflowing with them lately, but my son shouldn't be such a superstar!
You might remember that Charlie started his intensive swimming course on Monday, unable to swim a stroke... and here he is, at the start of his fifth half-hour lesson... SWIMMING!
He swam somewhere between 5-10 metres on his back with no help and no floats!  I was too busy cheering to video first time round, so he obligingly demonstrated again for the camera!
He has well and truly got the swimming bug, and all being well, his instructor (who is fabulous) is going to give him a couple of hour-long one-on-one lessons over the next couple of weeks to keep the momentum going before his proper lessons start in September.
I'm so proud of him.
