Happy Easter everybody!

Well, Charlie and Rosie have had a terrific time today, and have been thoroughly spoilt!
They had eggs and other goodies this morning, then we had a fabulous time this afternoon with our friends Jacky and Paul.
Jacky is a brilliant cook and made a wonderful Easter spread. (I've NEVER, EVER seen Charlie voluntarily eat so much - it was amazing!!)
They also organised an egg hunt, which the kids really enjoyed. (Let's just say, I'm not going to have to buy any chocolate any time soon! :-D)
We've got another nice morning planned for tomorrow - we're taking the kids for breakfast with the Easter Bunny at the garden centre, which should be fun (assuming Rose isn't terrified of a six-foot rabbit...)
Pete's back at work on Tuesday, which makes me a bit sad because we'd really been looking forward to his week off, and with Rosie being so poorly all week, it all went a bit pear-shaped. But as Pete said before, it was actually quite nice to just do nothing for a change, rather than be running around for the whole week!
So we'll have to make the most of his last day off tomorrow... and Charlie, Rosie and I have LOADS more fun stuff to do for the rest of the week, so I'll keep you posted.
Enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend!
