'I'm Singing in the Rain...'

Or should that be squealing and splashing in the rain?! I'll write a proper post soon, but here's a bit of video from earlier today that I couldn't resist sharing with you.
Charlie broke up for the summer today (more on that in my next post) and when we got home from school there was a really torrential rain shower. From no rain at all, there was about an inch washing around the drive within 20 minutes, and it was still really hammering down.
What more could a five-year-old ask for... pouring rain, an umbrella, Spiderman wellies and lots of puddles to splash in!

He had a ball splashing around in the front garden, but by the time he came in, his shorts and socks were soaked, and we had to tip a good half-pint of water out of each wellington! Don't you just love summer?
