A good night

Charlie had a reasonably restful night, with a few slots of solid
sleep. His figures held up well and he was nice and stable.
He's fed up of the fluid restrictions, but isn't complaining too much.
He's still being very compliant and is being very polite with lots of
pleases and thankyous.
He's had a wash and is fast asleep at the moment.
All being well, he's losing his arterial line, atrial pressure line
and catheter later this morning before we (hopefully) go back to the
ward.

You said it all at the right spot of your blog, "Charlie's heart is special - but not as special as he is!"

What a special story. I'm glad that things are progressing so well. I happened upon your blog from another in the U.S. However, I have a small link to the UK and B'ham. My husband is a Brit and his parents live in Rugby.
